ORDER CANCELLATION. When cancelling an order, you must contact Gardenlink at 1-800-956-5011 within 24 hours of order submission (Standard Business Days). Failure to contact us before actual shipping will result in a 25 percent restocking fee.
OUT OF STOCK. From time to time, it is unavoidable, stock shortages will occur. After receiving your order, and we notice the items you ordered are on backorder, we will notify you ASAP.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS. Upon delivery, make note of the damaged packages on the UPS or carriers shipping documents and immediately notify the carrier. Damage claims must be submitted directly to the carrier. Please contact Gardenlink immediately to consider a replacemet of the product.
PRODUCT RETURNS. Should you have problems with our products or not completely satisfied, please notify Gardenlink at 1-800-956-5011 within 10 days of your order date. All returns require a 'Return Authorization Number' and must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice as proof of purchase. All returned products must be the complete undamaged product. The shipping charges for any returned products is the responsibility of the purchaser. Refunds are available for the purchase price of the products.
SHIPMENT TRACKING. When you placed your order, a UPS or carrier shipment confirmation email was sent to you indicating your UPS tracking number. Go to ups.com and enter this tracking number to check the status of where your order is in transit. Please notify UPS if you have problems tracking your order shipments.
SITE SECURITY. When you place an online order on gardenlink.com for any Gardenlink products or services, your credit card information is encrypted and protected via secure socket layer (SSL) technology throughout the order and payment process.
